Does it change your base starting ac from 10-12 or add a bonus +2 natural armor much like an ammy of natural armor?
Does it stack or not stack with an item giving this bonus?

It adds to the base armor, it stacks with everything.

As a rule i'd say try and fit in Armor Skin if you can.. it's highly useful..
