I'm working on a build for a sneaky Shifter specialising in using the Epic Kobold Commando, Undead and Outsider forms

Initial STATS would be -
STR 10
DEX 10
CON 14
INT 16
WIS 16
CHA 08
All increases go to WIS

Pre-Epic
8 levels in Druid and Shifter, 4 in Rogue
Ends as Druid 15, Shifter 17, Rogue 8

Pre-Epic Feats:Alertness, Toughness, Extend Spell, Weapon Focus (Unarmed Strike), Expertise, Improved Critical (Unarmed Stike), Improved Expertise, 1 spare (maybe Blind-Fight or Improved Inititive)

Post-Epic Feats:Armour Skin, Epic Prowess, Epic Weapon Focus (Unarmed Strike), Epic Skill Focus (Hide), Epic Skill Focus (Move Silently), Maximise Spell, Undead Form, Outsider Form, 1 spare (maybe Superior Inititive)

Apart from maxed Ice Storms he'll be using spells for buffing which is why I took Extend

What I'm having real trouble with is skills
I've got 388 points to spend
I know I want maxed out (or near enough) Hide, Move Quietly, Spellcraft, and Tumble
Any suggestions on what else to buy
For example are Concentration or Discipline worth buying
Whats a workable balance for Craft, Disable and Set Traps
to give tactical flexibility especially at lower levels

Any advice appreciated
