You know that little tiny box on the party invite screen that says "dont show anymore" or something... well by accident i clickd it (i was surrounded in combat, and .. well you know) i cant seem to figure out how to reinstate that screen! Does anyone know how this is done?

I imagine it's just like disliking someone. Just leave the server and rejoin, that should fix it.
nope, it's an option in the .ini.. I can't seem to find it and am in a rush this morning but if noone has found it by this afternoon i'll try again.. but it's either nwn.ini or nwnplayer.ini in your base nwn dir.

NWNPLAYER.INI file is the file; located under your NWN director. One of the Game Options is DisablePartyInvitePopup; this is most likely set to 1. Set to 0 and you should be fine.
