Well i play on a server that only goes up to lvl 20


I was thinking of a Fighter/Barb/WM

Weapon: Greatsword

I was thinking i would go 4 Fighter/9 Barb/7 WM

And i will start out 1-4 Fighter,5-10 Barb/11-18 WM/ Then Rest Barb...

Any tips or some feats thats a must?

Assuming you're playing a human and that it is a STR build (seems unlikely to be a DEX build somehow )

Looks good but you said assuming im playing a human yet this is suppose to be a dwarf hehe.. will this template still work?

Try this:
1.WF:Greatsword, Dodge
2.Mobility
3,Expertise
4.WS:Greatsword
6.Spring Attack
9.Whirlwind Attack
12:IC:Greatsword
15&18:Your Choice

Admitedly IC;Greatsword is still your choice but I can't imagine going for WM without picking IC
For your last 2 choices you could go Power Attack and Cleave or Knockdown and Improved Knockdown, both will work

Teaching men a lesson in combat etiquette. I'd go for a great axe instead of a great sword, 17-20 X4 vs. 15-20 X3. Plus it seems more Dwarven. I'd also go for knockdown and blind-fight (great against characters who use improved invisibility, spectral undead and monks) at 15 and 18. Also, take your first level as Barb. (good for an extra 6 skill points). You might want to space out you Barb levels so that you can pump up skills at regular intervals.

Try,
Level 1: Barbarian
Level 2-3: Fighter
Level 4: Barbarian
Levels 5-6: Fighter
Levels 7-9: Barbarian
Levels 10-11: Weapon Master
Level 12: Barbarian
Levels 13-15: Weapon Master
Level 16: Barbarian
Levels 17-18: Weapon Master
Levels 19-20: Barbarian


Feats:
Level 1: Weapon Focus (Great axe)
Level 2: Expertise
Level 3: Dodge, Mobility
Level 6: Weapon Specialization (Great axe), Spring Attack
Level 9: Whirlwind attack
Level 12: Knockdown
Level 15: Improved Critical (Great axe)
Level 18: Blind Fight

With the Int13+ of a WM I'd consider taking Improved Knockdown for a higher success rate on the KD attempts. To get the extra feat for IKD I'd take barb7/fight6/WM7 insted of barb9/fight4/WM7.

Consitution: 14
Wisdom: 8
Intelligence: 13
Charisma: 8


And this is using Mithradtes build... but im a bit weary on that because 13 Int is kina useless because im not getting IKD... What do you all think?

I think you meant Charisma 6. I would personally go,

STR 16
DEX 14
CON 17
WIS 8
INT 14
CHA 6

Increase strength 4 times and constitution once. Another possibility is

STR 17
DEX 13
CON 16
WIS 8
INT 14
CHA 6

and increase STR 5 times.

You need the 13 Intelligence for the Expertise feat which is a prerequisite for Weapon Master...
