I figured our how to change the apperance, voic and name but not the starting stats, feats and skills.
Any ideas anyone? Use the CC from the PRC Team, and then use a customized hak and tlk for both PRC and CEP (plus the "standard" settings).

That will allow you to make both Wemic and Brownie characters (note that the special abilities will not work since patch 1.65)
