The server I play on is about to put in an NPC that allows de-lvling but first all the problems associated with that need to be addressed. I know of the RDD and PM ones but are there any others?
I don't know if it was fixed in the last update or not but I have experienced problems if shifted while loosing levels. I would wind up with corrupt character stats.
