Discipline 43(56), Heal 43(42), Intimidate 4(2), Lore 17(18), Spellcraft 9(10) Well, one minor change. If you're a non-evil character, Fighter(8)/CoT(4)/WM(28) is better than Fighter(12)/WM(28). CoT can even get Epic Weapon Specialization. If you change fighter levels 9-12 for CoT 1-4, you wouldn't have to make any changes to your feats/skills/attributes at all, but you would end up with +2 to saves across the board from Sacred Defense, as well as a bit more to your reflex from the one pre-epic CoT level (CoT have both Fortitude and Reflex as primary saves). It would literally be the same exact character with higher saves.

Steve should i switch out the lore skill points for more spellcraft? or put it somewhere else?

For Ftr/WM builds I like human with 14 int (for skills) and 11Ftr(10 pre-epic, 1 epic for getting epic weapon specialization as a general feat)/28WM/1Bard

It looks weird but 1 bard at level 40 gives you access to a fantastic set of skills:
Spellcraft: 43 (+2 from int bonus) = 45 [Means +9 saves vs spells]
Tumble: 40 (+8 AC and byebye attacks of opportunity)
You can max discipline anyway (It's class skill)
UMD: Give it something like a 15(with cha modifier) and you will be able to cast spells from scrolls, very nice for keen/flame/darkfire/bless your weapon of cast bull's str or other buffs on you.
And once a day you can boost your AC and damage by 1 during 10 rounds

All you lose is a fighter bonus feat, but I doubt any feature can give you all those .

Typo: I meant AB and Damage.

27: Weapon Master(16): Great Strength II, Epic Prowess, (STR=25), Discipline(1)
28: Weapon Master(17): STR+1, (STR=26), Discipline(1)
29: Weapon Master(18): Discipline(1)
30: Weapon Master(19): Great Strength III, Armor Skin, (STR=27), Discipline(1)
31: Weapon Master(20): Discipline(1)
32: Weapon Master(21): STR+1, (STR=28), Discipline(1)
33: Weapon Master(22): Great Strength IV, Epic Toughness I, (STR=29), Discipline(1)
34: Weapon Master(23): Discipline(1)
35: Weapon Master(24): Discipline(1)
36: Weapon Master(25): STR+1, Great Strength V, Epic Toughness II, (STR=31), Discipline(1)
37: Weapon Master(26): Discipline(1)
38: Weapon Master(27): Discipline(1)
39: Weapon Master(28): Epic Skill Focus: Discipline, Epic Toughness III, Discipline(1)
40: Bard(1): STR+1, (STR=32), Discipline(1), Perform(4), Spellcraft(40), Taunt(43), Tumble(43), UMD(36)

Max HP: 576
Saving Throws:
Fortitude: 22 (31 vs spells)
Will: 15 (24 vs spells)
Reflex: 21 (30 vs spells)

AB: 52
AC: 10(Base) +1(Dex/Assuming you use plate armor) +2(Armor skin) +8(Tumble) = 21AC If you find troubles fighting you can always switch to Improved Expertise for raising your AC by 10 more (Depending where you play this can be a life saver for two handed fighters).

Discipline 43(67) //You are almost impossible to KD
Intimidate 4(3)
Perform 4(3) // Grants access to Bard song level 1...
Spellcraft 40(42) // +9 To all saves
Taunt 43(42) // You can lower your opponent AC by 6
Tumble 43(44) // +8 To AC (it is enough with 40, but I didnt know where to put those 3 skillpoints)
UMD 36(35) // you get access to almost everything you find

Depending on your world you can pick from UMD and place a couple points into unlock/untrap, for example.

In short, It is trading 4 str (3 Damage per hit and 2 AB) for a few handy things.

A mistake:

I did get only 40 Spellcraft, 43 is needed for the +9 to saves

40: Bard(1): STR+1, (STR=32), Discipline(1), Perform(4), Spellcraft(43), Taunt(43), Tumble(40), UMD(36)

Spellcraft 43(45) // +9 To all saves
Tumble 40(41) // +8 To AC

I think you can still go orc and get an even better character, I should play with the build to see how it can be archieved. Maybe at the cost of a few HPs.
