Im looking for a decent lvl 20 bard build...umm its a low magic server nothing higher than +2....once in a great while you could get a +3 weapon

For Human, I'd go:
STR 14 DEX 12 CON 14 INT 14 WIS 8 CHA 15
One point to CHA and the rest to STR. Wear heavy armor, take the Still spell feat, try to find enough CHA-boosting items to open up your level 6 spell slots. Take feats such as:
Weapon Focus Weapon Specialization Lingering Song Curse Song Still Spell Knockdown Blind Fight Luck of Heroes Improved Critical Improved Knockdown Toughness Extra Music _________________ It's rogue, dammit, ROGUE!!!

agreed. BUT, on these lv 20 servers (and even on some of the lv 40 servers) with low magic, gmw is nerfed. Regardless, for an all around bard, this is the way.
