Guys please im looking for the best pvp highest ab and ac disarmer... I know everyone asks for the highest ab and ac builds and its silly Because i know each server differs. My server i play has a +5 cap on items and lvl 21 only extra enhancement really is +1 regeneration on armour and shield. No true seeing or true strike scrols and no blank scrolls so i cant ask a friendly wiz to make them. So if you can help me i would be really gratefull.

Feats 1 Toughness 3 Weapon finessse 6 weapon focus 9 expertise 12 impr expertise 15 disarm 18 impr disarm 21 epic weapon focus 24 armor skin 27 great dex 1 30 great dex 2 33 great dex 3 36 great dex 4, energy resist (whatever) 39 Epic mage armor/epic warding
This has true strike and high AC plus unarmed disarms if you really want True SEeing you can lower the BAB by 1 and take wizard pre epic to open up a 4th wizard level later on to select it as a spell.

I'm a little confused as to what you mean by lvl 21. Is it Character lvl 21 max? Or is lvl 40 max?
