I noticed a bug of sorts. When planning a shifter build, the epic shapes: Outsider, Undead, and Construct all require Epic Shifter. Epic shifter is gained at level 11 in the Shifter class. Wis requirements aside, I noticed that one can take Outsider shape at level 10 Shifter. Is the documentation wrong or is this a flat out bug? Take your pick. I suspect it was a mistake when the Shifter class was coded. Should be level 11, but you can take them at level 10. I've seen it reported on the boards before.
