Using the superb search engine I was unable to find a Wiz/PM/BG ... so I have decided to design one.

Here is the build I have come up with.

Build name: Skeletal Blackguard?

Pets:

Turn Undead 4/day 15+2d6 totalHD 17 HD highest level able to turn.
Why don't blackguards have something like "Control Undead" instead of turn?

Wiz Bull's Strength will stack with BG.

Questions/Comments:
Should I have extend spell in there, swap for reflexes?
I am unable to get 4 attacks/round (unless I take Bard which has done already).
I can't take the Auto Still route because I don't have access to 9th level spells. This would have been a nice to have on this build.
I would prefer to have a specialized Wizard for the extra spell per level, Necromancy fits the RP angle, but what is it like in practice?
Should I complete the cliche and use a Great Sword?
Should I cut back on the Great Strengths and swap them for something else?
Level 20 PM, gets 2 more AC and a skeletal Blackgurad as a summon, is it worth going for that in exchange for the 5th level of Wizard?

Thanks.

Mat.

Ah but PM15, I think, qualifies for that. It qualifies for Epic Spells so there's definitely a reason to expect it qualifies for that. I've never tried it personally, however.

Surely, without war there would be no loss - hence, no mourning, no grief, no pain, no misery... If you take Necromancy as a focus, you can forget about casting True Sight from scroll or memory as that is Devination spell.

No. You must be able to cast level 9 spells to qualify for the Autocasting feats. To get an Epic Spell, you only have to have epic caster levels (and the appropriate Spellcraft), you don't need the level 9 spells at all. PM 15 can select Epic Spells, but unless you've enough WIZ to support level 9 spell slots (and the INT to open them up), you can't get the Autocasting feats.

*edit* At least, that's how I understand it to work...

Why not take divine shield?
Perhaps Sorc(5),PM(16),BG(19)?

Dunno if that's been done before..

With wiz5/PM19 he can cast up to lvl 7 spells if he can learn them from scrolls, although at caster lvl 5.

With sorc5/PM whatever he can cast only lvl 3 spells, so it's really no contest. But I agree, sorc synergizes more with BG. Just not with PM. Ah, I see! Thanks for pointing that out. ^^
