I've been looking but really haven't found anything I like. I'm currently going the route of Christoph's Dragon of Torm build, with a couple of skill changes.
I play on a team pvp server and would like to have a dragon that can dominate. I've never designed a epic build before, so I'm a little lost. Anyone have any ideas?
I was thinking of throwing in one SD for hips. Druid/Monk/SD?
First of all, what is your environment like?
There are many ways to build a dragon, it depends on what you want.
To the Druid/Monk "base" you can add Shifter, Cleric, CoT, DwD, Ranger, Bard (alignment changes necessary, often not an issue on PvP servers), SD, Barbarian or Rogue for example. Cleric 25/Druid 14/Monk 1 is my favourite combo, with great buffing potential and a fully buffed AB of 71 and an AC 80+. A ranger heavy dragon with BoE is also a nice build with a 56 unbuffed AB in DS. A DwD dragon gets a decent DR against +6 or better weapons (therefore also other dragons). SD for HiPS then the rest of the levels in Druid and some monk (up to 6), keep present that true sight will take care of HiPS though. Rogue grants you skills and sneak attacks. Bard grants you some spells and a bard song, CoT makes it easier to get DS early on and grants you 6 apr plus extra combat feats. Shifter for the amazing versatility and a better breath weapon (although evasion and a decent ref save will be enough to avoid it). Barbarian with TR to make up for the lacking fear aura.
Try the search engine: make two searches one Druid 14-40/Monk 1-40 as parameters, the other Druid 5-40/Monk 1-40/Shifter 10-30 and check the builds with DS.
Here are the dragon builds I posted here, just for reference:
Dragon’s Song /Bard 20/Druid 14/Monk 6 Gæa's Protector /Ranger 23/Druid 16/Monk 1 Nature’s Wyrm /Druid 30/CoT 4/Monk 6 Order Of Jormundgandr /Cleric 25/Druid 14/Monk 1

I think I am going to try Druid/Monk/DS 30/9/1. I'm not sure of the feats yet though. I'll be working on it, when it is completed I'll post it. Thanks for the help.
I would suggest Druid 28/Monk 10/SD 2 or Druid 32/Monk 6/SD 2. SD 2 is very important to a dragon, cause it gives you uncanny dodge. With a 36 Dex to start with you'll want to keep your Dex AC when flatfooted. Monk 10 means +1 AC. Monk 6 means losing some speed and IE (but with a good ref save IE will not be missed much) compared to Monk 9 but you get casting power and SP as a druid plus one more epic feat. Check them out.

Why pick blind fight? When you get DS, don't you also get permanent True Seeing?
TS does nothing for concealment, it just makes you see invisible/hidden creatures. BF lets you reroll against concealment, squaring the chances to miss. In short a 50% concealment becomes 25%, a 40% becomes 16% and so on. Against 50% concealment BF will let you "keep" 3 hits out of 4 instead of just 2 out of 4 (1 out of 2) you'd "keep" without it. It's a very valuable feat for meleers.
