Or do you maybe mean something like Kamiryn's Character Build Calculator? It's an excel spreadsheet to make builds, it's very complete and very reliable. Check it out, but beware, it's strongly addictive

Do not forget the NWN Grimoire (obtained from the nwnvault). It is another resource that is addictive.
