Do these stack on normal servers? Were I to use the +6 Strength/Constitution Greater Rage, then the +8 Strength/Constitution from Mighty Rage, would I gain the effects of both, for a cumalative +12 bonus to Strength and Constitution?

No, they do not stack . Once you use Mighty Rage, your bonuses change from +6 to +8; they don't combine for a total of +14.
You can however use them separately. IE rage for one fight, then Mighty rage for the next; giving you more rages to use total.

I suspected they stacked, but I wasn't sure if that was just on my server.
