2 things I was wondering:

1) Is it possible to cast spells while beeing in expertise mode?

2) Do monks keep their wisdom AC bonus while wearing an armor?

1. In the campaign you can stay in expertise and cast spells, however, some mods will change this.

2. Yes, wearing armor or holding a shield with negate the monk wisdom AC bonus. Flat footed doesn't though.

Always, at most you'll drop out of Expertise mode as soon as the spell is cast if it was toggled so.
