shadow evade concealment bonus - Epic Character Builder's Guild

hi there.
since the shadow evade skill seems to stack with itself regarding the AC bonus, i am curious if the concealment bonus is stacking to the cap of 50% as well. No concealment stacks ever AFAIK. The highest % applies.
