Okay I saw a level 28 shifter build somewhere, but I can't find it anymore. Anyone have a link? What flavor of shifter are you looking for? druid/shifter/monk good for PvM. Easy to lvl would be nice. Want a specific form for your pleasure?

Do you want more of a Caster Type, Undead Type, Dragon, or something different than the standard issue Shifter? I play on Arelith. Do you know that server? nope, never played on it.

Well, we used to have level 28 builds here, now the board has been changed to level 30 builds, though there isn't any "druid/shifter/monk" there, but there are a few shifter (with and without shifter class) builds... other than that, how are we to know where the heck you saw a level 28 shifter? it could be about anywhere.

If you want Improved Humanoid Shapes you could go Druid 10/Shifter 17/Monk 1. If you are going after the Dragon shape you will need Champion of Torm class I believe to get it by level 28. I dont play the Shifter class much though, Bromium is your man for this subject. Give some more info.
