monks get an additional attack every BAB multiple of 3 right? So, if I get 18 BAB pre-epic (something like Fighter 14/Monk 4) do I get 6 APR without flurry of blows? Normal monk progression ends with BAB +15 at lvl 20. you can only get a higher BAB if you multiclass with a class that has the "fighter type" BAB progression.

Here are the attacks you get with different BABs.

BAB +0: +0
BAB +1: +1
BAB +2: +2
BAB +3: +3
BAB +4: +4/+1
BAB +5: +5/+2
BAB +6: +6/+3
BAB +7: +7/+4/+1

...etc

BAB +15: +15/+12/+9/+6/+3
BAB +16: +16/+13/+10/+7/+4/+1
BAB +17: +17/+14/+11/+8/+5/+2
BAB +18: +18/+15/+12/+9/+6/+3
BAB +19: +19/+16/+13/+10/+7/+4
BAB +20: +20/+17/+14/+11/+8/+5

It ends with a max of 6 regular attacks.

You can add 1 more attack by dual wielding Kamas or 2 attacks if you have ITWF.
You can add 1 more attack with Flurry and 1 more with Haste.

Max total then is 10 attacks per round if you have a BAB of 16 or more and dual wield Kamas with ITWF and have Flurry active and are hasted.

Fighter 14/Monk 4 achieves a 17 BAB (14 from Fighter and 3 from Monk) You get 1 apr (attack per round) at BAB +0 to +3, an additional apr at BAB +4 and every 3 points after that (+7, +10, +13, +16). At BAB +16, you get 6 apr. The BAB to be considered is the preepic one, ie up to lvl 20. After that an increase in BAB won't grant any additional attack.

Also, each attack after the first comes at a progressive -3 AB instead of the ususal -5 AB. The monk special attack progression works for both unarmed and kama, provided no armor or shield is equipped.

And a nice thing to remember is that you only need one level of monk to have this attack schedule for kamas or unarmed attacks, so a 1 monk/19ranger will get 7 unarmed attacks per round using fob and 9 attacks per round dual wielding kamas and using fob (without haste). I know most people know this allready, this is just incase someone doesn't.
