Can you Epic Dodge a breath weapon?

RDD fire breath, shifter Wyrmling breath, Petrification Gaze, etc... I've never tried it, but if it isn't an attack roll, then it shouldn't. I'm pretty certain that touch attacks and the like are unaffected by Epic Dodge, or else it would be impossible to hit with them.

Edwin Odesseiron - Baldur's Gate II: Shadows of Amn Epic Dodge works on last attacker or current attacker.

Since touch attacks can hit multiple targets, it doesn't seems that epic dodge will work.

Breath weapon are not affected by ED since there's no "to hit roll" involved. Wyrmling, RDD and Dragon's breath are affected by evasion/improved evasion though, since they are ref save AoE attacks. Petrification and other gazes are not affected by anything but immunities instead (or very good saves of course ).
