Unarmed Weapon feats, with the exception of Improved Critical, do not apply/work when shifted. Neither does Weapon Finesse (for the unarmed/creature weapon attacks), though your character sheet will say they do.
According to Zelle the only feat that will apply is Improved Critical.

I got another question: If I decide to go Weapon Master / Shifter and use the Risen Lord form, choosing my Weapon of choice as a SCYTHE, do the WM bonuses apply while shifted? I mean technically it's a regular weapon, so it should work, but does it? Would be cool if it did

Yes, I believe it still works that way. I'm sure there is a build or two in the search engine that uses that combo.
I've said it before, if you want to know something about shifters, try searching Bromium's builds in the index, he has more shifter than anybody. His Poisonous Spear Dr(6)/Sh(15)/ WM(19) takes weapon focus spear, and he sure knows his shifters so i can bet it works.

Manually is the only way. There are stickies at the top of the builds forum listing all builds.
For the index, there's this option called finder you can use on any browser (CTRL+F) You can look for Scythe or Risen Lord or something similar and you might be able to get something.
