This character build really does work much better with Yuan Ti as the base class, but I will provide a human version first.

Final stats: as start, except wisdom = 18, cha = 26 Fort 21, reflex 15, will 28 4 epic spell slots per day level 8 cleric spells and level 9 arcane spells unbuffed the DC on the spell finger of death was 42 effective caster level for divine spells = 19 effective caster level for arcane spells = 24 +10 to DCs and spell resistance checks from hierophant levels (spell power feats) Necromancy spells are cast with another +4 to DC on this and penetrate further as well. nice build. I'd personally use wizard instead of sorc, hierophant makes a good dc booster for generalist wizards, since it applies across all schools. Those extra 4 bonus feats will make a big difference. (max focus in a second school of magic, plus better metamagic, perhaps) I'd probably also go 13 cleric/5 hierophant/22 wizard. the cleric spells will be used for buffs and the wizard for offense, so I want as many wizard levels for damage (horrid wilting needs 25 levels to max) and spell penetration. Also, having less cleric saves on the wisdom requirement for spells, so more towards the arcane casting stat.
I'd probably use yuan-ti as you've suggested, since otherwise the stats are spread pretty thin.
