Swap the +5 to DEX for +5 to INT...ditch PSC - Wiz for Great INT 9...total +6 to end INT for 44...flat +3 to all spell DCs at a loss of all two weapon fighting feats, 3 AB)10 Eldritch Knight lvls Pre-epic for 4 attacks per round and BAB of 17 instead of 3 attacks with BAB of 12...this causes the build to lose 2 bonus spell casting feats and gain one generic combat feat...hence, by swapping the feat choices and taking a spell focus instead of Improved crit. and vice versa, it is possible to have say...one extra meta magic feat and lose a spell school of focus...not worth it for me, but you might want to if the extra BAB is your thing.

Note: The eldritch knight version gains 2 extra attacks because of Perfect Two Weapon Fighting...this translates to a lot more damage per round in melee at a cost of poorer spell casting in either Necro OR Enchant. spells...Use Mind Fog to make up for the lack of spell foci and stick with Necro...this is the option followed by the Melee variant of this build which DOES utilise 10 EK levels.

It would be possible for this build to utilise 13 lvls of ROG to gain Epic Dodge...but giving up 13 caster levels of Wizard, not to mention accompanying feats is too costly just for Epic Dodge..when you have Improved Invisibility AND Ultravision+Darkness to compensate for it. Therefore, boosted DEX is for AB and TWF feats ONLY! If you are not interested in TWF, stick with INT boosts, jack up initial str and you become a high damage machine! But Insightful Strike ONLY works with Light or no Armor on...so might as well go high DEX & Weapon Finesse.
