This one you should (??) be able to play on PW. I shifted Mind Flayer and swapped feats with PRC Leto. Just de-select the racial feats with PRC Leto or build by hand.
Human (non-betrayer) form: Necro SR check = 70 + d20 always beats max SR monks (punks?). Base Wail DC 51, Max Int DC 57.
1) Only Necro immune are safe. SR is useless!
2) SLA is borked to give 99 of each stored spell. Heh heh.
