Deathless mastery touch kills an opponent unless a fortitude save is made against a DC of 12+floor(palemaster level/2).

Undead graft causes paralysis unless a fortitude save is made against a DC of 14+floor(palemaster level/2).

It should be noted that for the palemaster to cast epic spells, he only needs 15 levels and the spellcraft requirements for the spell. He does not even need to be able to cast a cantrip.
