i need a dexterity based build that focus's skills on sneaking around and spotting/hearing/tumble things of the sort, i woudl like all the perks of the sd class, so 10 lvls, some fighter for those perks of focus's and what not, and uses dual kukri, it is mainly for RPing being a spy, but it needs to be able to deal very nasty dmg when it must, or is forced into a fight. i appreciate anyone willing to get in touch with a build or tell me of any nice ones posted already, much thanks in advance

the best you are going to get is around 75 without items.
With items this could conceivably get over 100 easily. You can quite easily swap feats around in this build without too much trouble, esp as this is a rough outline.

when you say 75 do you mean ab or total skill in hide and move silently?

Skill, the original poster asked for skills of 110.
This is almost the highest you can get for hide and move silently skills in a build.
