Hi thanks for taking time to read this i play on a pvp server.
I am looking for an uber (yes an uber HOW original) disarmer.
On my site there are a few people that disarm noobs.
I think thats unfair so would like to disarm them and sell there stuff and help these guys out.
I dont know what u guys need to know there are a lot of monks on this server the main classes r wiz/rdd/monk/sdd/rogue that people use.
if u could rack ur brains for me and give me a step by step build i would be really gratefull
I would love an unamred disarmer.
Thank you and please reply soon.
If there is anything else u want to know please leave a reply

You do realize that the larger your weapon is, the greater your chance of disarming your opponent? Unarmed is probably one of the worst weapon choices for a build that wants to use disarm effectively because it counts as a tiny weapon. Supposedly it does allow you to actually grab the weapon into your own inventory, which is nice, but that's only important when it works, which wouldn't be nearly as often with an unarmed attack as with a greatsword.

Steve You also need to let people know a great deal more about what kinds of items are available on the world. Different builds will be the most effective on worlds with tons of high powered magical items and immunities available and worlds with little in the way of such items. It would also help to know if there are any changes implemented on the server (spells nerfed, feats outlawed, etc.).

Steve all items that can be crafted are up to +5 with a lvl cap of lvl 21
u can get fire,cold,acid,electric up to 2d6
no nerfed spells that im awhere of.
rdd and monks are main characters and no lol i didnt know the bigger the weapon the more chance of disarm is ty for that.
If there is anything else u need please tell me and i will find out for you. On my Red Dragon Monk I put Improved Disarm and use true strike to add +20 to the roll for just long enough to try disarming a few times

That's a very interesting idea...would more than compensate for the penalty you would have trying to disarm a large weapon with your bare hands...That coupled with the fact that unarmed disarms actually take the weapon and put it in your inventory (or so I've heard) would actually make an unarmed monk disarmer quite cool. This might help explain why there are so many monks and RDD builds on the server.

Steve Also I think with the full dex buff on him and +4 gloves (I was using +4 iirc) you can true strike to about 70AB.. my dragon shifters discipline (diff one from the one i posted, with epic skill focus disc) is 76 fully buffed iirc so even massive disciplines can be overcome by true strike if you pray hard enough

-DaMouse Damouse that sounds good mate.
do you have a build lvl guide i can use including stats and feats and any info.
If i satand a better chance using weapon then please tell me i am getting used to this so any info would be obliged.
also on the server u cant get items with true seeing and stuff like that all u can get is weapon damage like fire/cold etc up to 2d6 and a cloak with haste
u can get rings which you craft with either reflex/fortitude and something else which i forgot sorry.
items u can get max like boots with +5ac +5str +3 dex all thing along the lines of that a max of +5 +5 +3 u cant double stac like +5ac+5ac they dont allow that.
I hope that helps you some more. Click Here

^^^ monk build thingy.. ish.. and it's DaMouse with a capital M

-DaMouse What exactly is "true strike"? I looked for it as a feat but with no sucess... It's not a feat, it's a first level wizard/sorcerer spell, and if you take sorcerer for your 1 arcane level in order to qualify for RDD, you can choose that spell. +20 to your AB for 9 seconds (which is basically 1.5 rounds). Doesn't last very long, but if you have a lot of attacks like a monk, can be very useful.
