lets say someone dualweild a weapon and used the spell Cleric spell "divine power" does it give him 2 att ( 1 for each hand ) or just 1 ?
Nah.. not that I recall.. iirc it just gives you an extra main attack.. since it just makes your attacks fighter-ish

All that divine power does is increase your AB to that of a fighter. If you earn an extra main hand attack from that, then you get it (if you already had 4 attacks, you do not get another one automatically anymore). But, the number of offhand attacks you get isn't based at all on your AB. You have one to start with, and get a second one if you take Improved Two-Weapon Fighting. Since raising your AB doesn't change that, Divine Power wouldn't do anything.
