You have 12 DEX boosts, 1 STR boost and 3 WIS boosts from what I can see. With the following end stats:
str 14 dex 28 con 8 int 12 wis 14 cha 14
That means you started with:
STR 13 DEX 16 CON 8 INT 12 WIS 11 CHA 14
