Guys im looking for a hisp (only need 1 lvl of sd for hisp on server. with capability to cast high dc lvl 9 wiz spells. I play on full pvp server i need 50. spot or listen for true seeing on server. Also there are no alingment restrictions aswell. and the most ab/ ac possible. thanks guys i know u can do it.
Well, I would recommend skipping the AB part. You can get HiPS and TS easily enough - go Elf, 39 Wiz and 1 SD. Take Alertness and SF: Spot and you will hit 50 spot at level 40. If you want to hit it earlier, drop 1 or both of those and take ESF:Spot, or take all 3 to get it even earlier. Take the SD level late and skilldump into Hide and MS and Tumble. You can add another level of SD if you want to pick up Evasion and Uncanny Dodge (and have a second, earlier skill dump). You could also add a level of Rogue for UMD or Monk for access to Monk robes/boots (i.e. 38 Wiz/1 SD/1 Rogue or Monk).
Start Int at 16 and pump it at every level up, plus some Great Int feats. Take the Spell Foci in 1 or 2 schools (I recommend Evocation and/or Necromancy). Between Tumble, monk items, and mage buffing spells your AC should be quite good. AB will suck, but you won't be doing combat.
If you really want to melee, take the Still/Auto-Still feats, drop the ROgue/Monk level for a level of Fighter, and cast Tenser's transformation. But I would recommend summoning something (Mordenkainen's Sword, etc.) and letting it melee while you chuck spells instead.

I'd also recommend forgetting about high AB - you can't get it all, and I'd recommend WIZ/SD/Monk.
