this a build that i postet some time ago but i never got any comments that i could use and i still need advice in how to put him better togehter. AC bab and saves are not listet because i have not testet this build yet. so i hope somebody can help put them on him. so if anyone want to help me feel free to do it i would appresiate it greatly.

But off the top of my head you're missing Weapon Focus: Whip in there, as a prereq. for Weapon Specialization: Whip. Set Con to 20, Str to 26, uneven numbers don't do anything (discounting carrying capacity). Iron Will, Altertness, and Great Fort can be changed for other feats.

His Lizard form will overide his STR, so keeping it at 25 is A-OK since it will turn into 21 in Lizzard form anyway. Con will not be overwritten, so boosting that up is preffered.

I'd take 2 EER Fire vs one fire and one cold. Flamed weapons do between 10 and 20+ fire more often that <10 damage. If cold protection is needed, then jewlery or armor could do the trick.

Phew, I reall must have been out of it. Why would he want to push Str past 20 if he intends to fight as the Lizard (which sets his Str to 21 apparently)? Maybe putting those extra point sinto Wisdom for the spells would be useful?

25 STR is prereq for DEV crit, which he takes at lvl 40.
21 CON is prereq for Epic Damage Reduction.

I'd personally go for bumping str to 25 to get dev crit then go to max possible con since it's the only physical stat not wasted in lizard form..

Regarding the Epic Damage Reduction, the Epic Lizardfolk Whipmaster is granted DR 15/ +5, which does not stack with Epic Damage Reduction. Taking Energy resistance to Acid, however, would stack (I think), because the DR is 15/-. Not sure that you would really need more than the 15/-, though. _________________ There's always time to procrastinate.

I threw this together pretty quickly. It doesn't get Devastating Critical, but it does get Dragon Shape (Dragons are just lizardmen that grew too big to carry their whips anymore, aren't they? ). Still focused on the whip because I assume you'll be using that as your dominant form, but you can always shift to dragon whenever someone makes you really angry . RP it as kind of a Lizardfolk version of The Hulk.
This version also has a much better AC than the original version, and a lot of monk bonii, though the AB and damage is a bit lower (no fighter levels). I didn't test it in a leveler, so there may still need to be some tweaking to be done if I made any mistakes, and some of the stats I listed may be incorrect, but the concept is sound, I believe.

Cinnabar said that grt con was not an options so back to my little cave to think and another dude can't remeber the name said eer fire and cold would not be applied on the damage reduction part but acid would so i sat then sqessed by big fat *** down and said to myself what should i do, hmm and i thought of this insted

It is much easier for me, and probably others as well, to find flaws or mistakes in a build if you post the class level as well as the character level on each line. So you have something that looks like this:
Rather than this: . 37. Fighter: Epic Weapon Specialization (Whip) 38. Fighter: 39. Shifter: Overhelming Critical (Whip) .
Also, posting the skill points on the level lines can be cluttering. It's much easier to read your post if you post a skill summary at the end with possible distributions, or, if you aren't sure of the distributions, at the very least the total number of skill points available for use.

I don't see any mistakes, but don't take my word for it. Test it out in a leveler like the Novice to Epic Character Maker (do a search). It has an in game arena, so you can test the effectiveness of your builds at the same time. _________________ There's always time to procrastinate.
Epic Lizzard has 15/- acid resistance to begin with. Your two feats are wasted since you'll only get 20/- resistance and not 35/- .
Perhaps you should take 2 fire instead of acid.
Are you sure? I think I've read that any DR of the form X/- will stack with any other DR of the form X/-, but I haven't tested, so I don't know for sure. _________________ There's always time to procrastinate.

Some takes on the build, the first version gets lvl 5 druid spells and can buff a little. I put in undead shape, cause you already meet the prerequisites and it comes in handy.
Fighter(14), Druid(9), Shifter(17) Human, any neutral
Fourth version, gets earlier EWS and EP, to help AB and dmg output earlier. Gives up 18th Shifter lvl which increases DCs on many shifted forms abilities. A minor tweak.
Fighter(17), Druid(6), Shifter(17) Human, any neutral
I gave all the versions the possibility to cast spells, buffs are always nice (and healing too helps a lot the finances at lower lvls ), raised INT to 13 for access to IKD, got the dev crit feats early on, maxed out spellcraft, put in called shot.
With a lucky bull's STR roll plus blood frenzy the AB in lizard form becomes 47, which is decent. Gear and potions (bless, aid) can improve it slightly further.
So, this is it Imp_lord. Lemme know what you like best.
