I am looking for a build with mostly levels in WM and fighter that uses two weapons and has dev crit. Any suggestions? You could use the Kukri Master as a template. I'd probably look into something like FTR 10/Rogue 2/WM 28 or FTR 16/Rogue 2/WM 22. An example of the WM 28 teemplate is Kaliban's Two-fisted Weapon Master.
