I've been thinking about a combo I'd like to try out. The only trouble is I can not see a way to get everything in I would want.

Basic class split is Rogue, Fighter, Assassin

Now outputs from this I would like are:
(and bearing in mind it is a max of +5 environment)

Minimum 4 APR (2 wpn fighting not essential)
Dev Crit DC above 36
Death Attack DC above 34
Weapon Spec and Epic Weapon Spec
Good Hide and Move Silently (ESFs could be used)
Epic Dodge
300+ HP preferably
Improved Critical
KD/ IKD/ Blind Fight
High Sneak Attack (15d6 and higher)

Had a first stab at this going Rogue 13, Fighter 6 and Assassin 21 with a halfling:

STR: 14 (24)
DEX: 18 (25)
CON: 12
WIS: 8
INT: 14
CHA: 8

01: Rogue(1): Power Attack
02: Fighter(1): Weapon Focus
03: Fighter(2): Weapon Finesse, Cleave
04: Fighter(3): STR+1, (STR=15)
05: Fighter(4): Weapon Specialization
06: Rogue(2): Knockdown, {Evasion}
07: Rogue(3): {Uncanny Dodge I}
08: Rogue(4): STR+1, (STR=16)
09: Rogue(5): Blind Fight
10: Rogue(6)
11: Rogue(7)
12: Rogue(8): STR+1, Improved Critical, (STR=17)
13: Assassin(1)
14: Assassin(2)
15: Assassin(3): Improved Knockdown
16: Assassin(4): STR+1, (STR=18)
17: Assassin(5)
18: Assassin(6): Great Cleave
19: Assassin(7)
20: Assassin(8): STR+1, (STR=19)
21: Rogue(9): Epic Weapon Focus
22: Rogue(10): Improved Evasion
23: Fighter(5)
24: Fighter(6): STR+1, Great Dexterity I, Epic Weapon Specialization, (STR=20), (DEX=19)
25: Rogue(11)
26: Rogue(12)
27: Rogue(13): Great Dexterity II, Defensive Roll, (DEX=20)
28: Assassin(9): STR+1, (STR=21)
29: Assassin(10)
30: Assassin(11): Great Dexterity III, (DEX=21)
31: Assassin(12)
32: Assassin(13): STR+1, (STR=22)
33: Assassin(14): Great Dexterity IV, Great Dexterity V, (DEX=23)
34: Assassin(15)
35: Assassin(16)
36: Assassin(17): STR+1, Great Dexterity VI, (STR=23), (DEX=24)
37: Assassin(18): Great Dexterity VII, (DEX=25)
38: Assassin(19)
39: Assassin(20): Epic Dodge
40: Assassin(21): STR+1, (STR=24)

Hitpoints: 304
Skillpoints: 310
Saving Throws (Fortitude/Will/Reflex): 20/15/31
Saving Throw bonuses: Traps: +4, Poison: +5, Fear: +2
BAB: 26
AB (max, naked): 37 (melee), 35 (ranged)
AC (naked/mundane armor/shield only): 31/35

As you can see I finish without Overwhelming and Dev Crit, and there is no room for ESF Hide or Move Silently. Dex finishes on an odd number which I can't stand.

Epic Prowess and Armor Skin would also be preferred, but I think I am getting a bit greedy.

AB is not great, so there is no real way I can afford to dual wield.

Dev Crit - if I could get it would only be 33
Death Attack DC is 37 which is fine/
Will save is terrible

Any suggestions anyone?

Your problem is that you are going for both Dev Crit and Epic Dodge. That's very tough - at best you will just barely qualify for both. If you get it, you will of course have a DC of at least 37 (1/2 Char level +10 + Str is 37 for a 25 str, the minimum required), but you are unlikely to get it above 38 (you can push either Dex or Str to 26, but not both, and that requires either RDD or Elf).

My recommendation would be to drop the Dev Crit altogether - if you are an Assassin, you will do sneak damage and Death Attack is effectively a 1-shot kill anyway. Most of the things that are immune to sneaks are also immune to crits, so you don't gain a whole lot by having both. Pump your Dex into the mid-high 30's (improving your AB and AC considerably), pick up Epic Prowess and Armor skin, and don't worry about crits.

TM Make it elf and take the XP penalty. STR will be 2 points higher wich should let you qualify for Dev Crit if you really want it. You might have to drop a couple of Assassin lvls for Fighter though in that case.

Cheers,
Kail

Those memories will always live inside us, and now it's our time to be free I agree with Xylo, Dev Crit is kind of unnecesary (that also frees a pre-epic feat changing Great Cleave)... but if you want it do what Kail said, go Elf with more Fighter epics, Death Attack DC and damage would drop considerably, since you'd need enough Fighter bonus feats to counter the loss of Assassin bonus feats... I'm not very sure if it's possible. BTW, you have 24 STR and 25 DEX so Weapon Finesse gets useless at the end.

So, I'd think in dropping STR, a lot, also some Great DEX feats, to get ESF Hide and Move Silently, Epic Prowess and Armor Skin...

But well, attaining, or at least trying to get Dev Crit has one thing that could be good, which is that your base damage is high even though you've got Epic Dodge.
