I'm looking to play a Monk/Fighter, heavily focusing on Monk (20+). Generally prefer to play Humans for the extra feat and skill points, but have also considered Dwarf. I'd take Fighter to lvl 6 (4 pre-epic, 2 epic) at least, but I have a few questions to ask.

1) Are fists (i.e., unarmed) considered finesse-able?

2) Would a 3rd class be a good idea? I've been thinking Cleric (for buffs) or Rogue (for skills and sneaks), but would hate to introduce XP penalties if I can avoid them. Also considered COT (saves) or Assassin (Death Attacks). Or, if Dwarf, DwD (HP, DR). My gut tells me that a third class will probably weaken the build, but I'm not sure.
