Im looking for a high critting high 52-53dc dev crit with abilities to use scrolls so possibly bard or rogue if ab is high enough but i dont want to lose much ac.
So i guess what im looking for is the dream dev build high dc high ab and high ac with the ability to use scrolls.

You never know maybe one day i might be nice and kill you! 52-53 Dev-crit DC is tough to get. You have Dev-crit DC of 30 + STR-modifier, which have to be 22 in your case, or STR 54. Unbuffed with no items you can plain forget that. I'll give it a go and see how good I can get it though. Back in a few.

Dev.Crit:
30 (10 + char-lvl/2)
+16 (STR-modifier)
+2 (Bulls-STR)
+0 to +4 (STR-gear)
=48-52. Not bad, considering your curse song reduces the Fort save of your opponents with -2.

Your threat range will be 12-20 with the Keen Edge spell cast. You can buff your AB and AC + saves with song and spells, still spell let's you recast in combat too, and song is undispellable too.

This is not a new build, but it is very efficient, with very good AB and AC, only 1 from max Dev-crit DC, really good damage, all RDD-goodies and quite decent buffing capabilities.

Only weak point as I see it is saves. Epic fortitude might be good advice. Dropping two great-STR for Epic fortitude and Epic prowess. Or dropping only 1 Great-STR and starting with 16 STR, 10 DEX and 14 CON.

Hope this meets your wants.

*EDIT* with maxed STR from spells and items + greater magic weapon + Warcry + haste + song your AB is 60/55/50/45/60. Then remember that cursesong effectively raises it another 5.

Damage with the same conditions is 1d6+38.

Your crit-range if you add keen to those buffs is 12+. This build is a killer, perhaps more so in lower-magic settings. But it will hold very well in any setting.

Yeah, not one I ever played, but it has been in my characterpool a looooong time. It outperforms the Dev-critting WM's anytime. Check my edit to get a few hard facts.

Great Build exactly what i was looking for

Since most fights on my server dont give you enough time to cast. I switched out Still Spell for great fort and Extend for Toughness.

Im close to a total noob with most builds save Wizards so was wondering if it would be Ok Well...
Still spell allows you to cast in battle and could give you an edge in the right situaation.

Extend let's your pre-cast buffs last much longer, but you know your environment the best.
