I wanna create an effective build that would use HIPS but on the PW I play on you get HIPS at lvl 10 DS or lv 10 Assassin...

How does a Druid Assasin tickle you? Eleder Earth Elemental with mucho sneak damage can punch for 100+ per hit!
Druid levels for lots of buffs, Assasin Levels for lots of sneak damage.
Elder Air Elemental would also be a nice touch since it gets lots of Dex.
Druid 20/Assasin 19/ Monk 1 (for cheesey AC)
20/11/9 split for more speed and free IKD, less sneak tho.
Assasin spells also work while shifted.

Druid/Shifter/Assasin would land you a Risen Lord that has HIPS. 5/10/25 split.
Could always do Vampire as well and regenerate.

How's the environment? if enhancements on items are not too high and you get HiPS from Assassin (that's quite awesome) you've got to try my Thaxll'ssyllia V2 (check the last post for the final version) an Assassin Dragon (not too playable but great for PvP), ends with a very good Death Attack DC, you can hide while in dragon shape, normally you wouldn't get HiPS making it a little difficult, but you're ready to spook people.
If you don't like it or something, give us more info, what is it you're looking in your build other than HiPS?

Mercenary for hire character I looked at the Assassin King, pretty interesting build but since I dont need SD to get HiPS should I go with 6 lvl of monk and kamas? _________________ K.M. aka Chillychill

The Assassin King is a strength build meant to use full plate while still having useable stealth, so your AC would take a pretty big hit if you used a monk. I'd use one or two levels of any of the classes with Hide/ Move Silently (to qualify for Assassin sooner...probably rogue) then either move some fighter levels to epic to pick up a few epic combat feats as bonus feats, or just replace the "extra" fighter levels with Assassin to get your Death Attack DC a touch higher. _________________ (I enjoy writing parenthetically (a lot)).
