Considering everyone always asks for specifics from you, and you always have them, perhaps you can start.

Your best Arcane Archer!
GO!
I don't really follow, is this supposed to work as a requst, or just plain fun? because if you only want to see AAs use the build searcher. If you're asking for our AA builds (which literally could be), well, then I only have 2 AA builds: Artillery Archer (Rogue 19 / Wizard 2 / Arcane Archer 19) and Godly archer (Paladin 8 / Bard 3 / Arcane Archer 29) but really, those aren't the best AAs you'll find in the guild.
There are very many ways of building AA's.
I have searched the builds posted in this guild to find the ideas behind the different AA builds. If you read My sticky on AA builds, you may find some useful info about the AA class and get a general idea of what you get with different comboes of stats and classes. _________________ The curve is more powerful than the sword -- BG courtesan
What's interesting about Arcane Archers, is that out of all the classes, they have the most options when it comes to which attribute in which they can "major."
They can be Strength-based (ala Dev Crit), Wis-based (ala Zen), Dex-based (just your classic), Charisma-based (ala Divine Archer), or even Con-based (ala EDR and high hp), or a mixture/hybrid of any two of the above.
Many options, many options. In a low-magic world, I'm putting money on Syrath's Shadow Archer. _________________ Got Hommlet? World of Greyhawk Action Server (with 1/2 price ales on Mondays!)

You can't go wrong with a Fighter 10 / Bard 2 / AA 28, it's a general easy way to build an AA with good firepower.
Preferabley a Bard with less than 13 levels of bard, atleast 3 levels in each class, AB over 60, High AC, over 60 preferabley in +5 gear, ummm...Can have more than 13 bard, but I'd prefer it didn't...Good in PvP...Yeah!
Bonus!: My friend told me of a 21 Bard / 4 Fighter / 15 AA Feats: Extended Spell, Lasting Inspiration, EWF & EWS, Some great dex, Race Elf...Anyone know how to make this one?

This is not the perfect way. You're bound to get xp-penalties with such a build, but I postponed it to lvl 21.
ESF: perform is needed to reach 55 ranks which is required of lvl 21 song. Your levelling will of course depend upon whether you want LI to come earlier and such.
AB with mundane bow and arrows = 50. Dmg= 1d8+21. Not bad. This is before your song and spells etc
I don't really care about the xp penalty Would I have a higher AB if some fighter was taken pre epic?
Okay, my friend who made it said take 4 fighter pre epic, and don't get EWS. Then I though...WHAT IF you go 21 bard/ 6 Fighter/ 13 AA? and got EWS?
You would do...3 more damage, and have 1 less AB right? Or same AB?
Ftr 8/Bard 3/AA 29 sounds good for your criteria. _________________ "With Europe liberated, the people of the world turned their attention to that old devil, the United States of America [...] We taught that monster of old the true meaning of freedom." Star Wreck

Could you elaborate?
AA 29 gives maxed Enchant Arrow (XV).
The only problem with taking 19 epic AA levels, is that there is not room for both a Fighter lvl to get EWS and a Bard lvl for the skill dump (tumble, spellcraft etc). _________________ The curve is more powerful than the sword -- BG courtesan
How about this:
He gives up 1 point of EA to get the 2 extra skill dumps. With Bard Song and his self-buffs his AB will be in the low 60's, and his damage will be 1d6 +14 (EA) +6 (EWS) +2 (song) + 2-3 (buffed Str). He has no XP penalties throughout the build (if XP penalty doesn't matter, you could drop Fighter to 4, and raise Bard to 9, dropping Improved Expertise pre-epic. Take fighter 4 at level 24, and pick up WS and EWS together). This boosts your song to give +1 more AB and +8 HP.

Am I correct in thinking expertise/improved expertise does not work with ranged weapons?

Yes. _________________ "With Europe liberated, the people of the world turned their attention to that old devil, the United States of America [...] We taught that monster of old the true meaning of freedom." Star Wreck
In that case, drop them for Curse Song/Lingering Song, Called Shot, or other feat of your choice.
Also, on the skills, be sure to max Taunt.

If you take 10 AA pre-epic, then taking two fighter levels (bard8/Ftr2/AA10) would gain 1 AB, and 6 fighter would gain 2 AB. Bard looses 1 AB at levels 1,5,9,13 etc.
Problem is if you take 2 fighter pre-epic in my build you lose Epic feats, which would probably cause you to lose that 1 AB anyway. Of course you take EWS..... _________________ We are sons of Odin, and the fire that we burn inside is the legacy of warrior-kings who reign above in the sky I will lead the charge, my sword into the wind Sons of Odin fights to die and live again
