Been playing around with this class combination. Main advantages seem to be Terrifying Rage, extra attack due to Barb BAB and rogue's abilities work in Dragon form. Anyone have a better idea for a level split? I'd rather we leave out discussion of how much better Monk is here, it may make me cry.

According to my observation of your feats, you fight ranged... I know you want BAB but it will be more playable just to take Druid pre-epic and play as a caster/shifter, change Strong Soul for Knockdown, it will allow you to land sneaks while shifted. You get dragon shape pretty late, is it a level 40 build?

10 CHA does nothing for you, drop it for CON.

You didn't list an important skill, Use Magical Device, take it, it helps a lot.
