Hi everyone! First, thanks for this great guild. You all have helped me out immensely.

I'm looking for a detailed non-RDD build that incorporates Dev. Crit and Epic Dodge. Is such a thing possible, and if so, what would a detailed build of such a toon look like?

Thanks in advance! Yes it's possible, though it will result in a very gimped build, due to heavy focus on both STR and DEX. Some builds I'd try would be Ranger/Assassin/SD, Ftr/Rogue/SD.

- Pozzo in Waiting for Godot by Samuel Beckett I play on a PW where re-rolls and stats are alterable post-creation so initial gimpiness isn't too much of an issue. A bit harder to level up, sure, but still doable.

To be honest, I'm a *terrible* character builder. Quite possibly the worst you'll ever meet. My brain just simply isn't good with anything that has anything to do with numbers. I'm not lazy--I'm just very very good at what I do, and very very bad at other things, particularly anything logical or having anything to do with number crunching of any kind. Thus my request here for a detailed 1-40 write-up I can follow without having to think about it.

Would a build like this incorporating monk levels be possible? Something like M/SD/WM?

Monk is possible, but there isn't enough feats for M/SD/WM, I think.

Heh, my first build here, the Diamond Blade, actually meets your requirements. It's a Monk/Fighter/SD. And, like Finn said, it's completely gimped. But it does get DC, ED, and lots of attacks.

Sorry about the atrocious formatting on that build, by the way; I posted it before I knew about how to make things readable. I recommend Elven Fighter/WM/Rogue. The WM AB bonus makes up for the low Str.

Level 40: Shadowdancer(10), Fighter(8), Weapon Master(22): STR+1, Epic Prowess, (STR=26)

Note that you are very tight on feats - the only ones that aren't requirements are WS/EWS and Epic Prowess - everything else is required for WM, SD, or Dev Crit.

On skills, you could sacrifice some Discipline to max Hide/MS, but since you get no sneak damage they really aren't that critical, and they are high enough to be fairly effective anyway. AB is decent, damage is decent, AC is decent. HP are very low for a melee build. You could drop starting Str to 16 to pump Con a bit, it costs you 1 point of AB (take Epic Prowess earlier and take Dev Crit at level 40).

TM Wow, thanks both! These are both exactly what I was looking for!
