I'm not sure if this has been done before, probably has.
Anyone know any ninja builds?
If not...Then...I'd assume it would be something with Monk, Shadowdancer, Assassin, or something...But...With a Katana!...I suppose Short swords also work...Or Kamas...But Kamas are lame!
Whatcha got?!

you even listed my crap defensive build that doesn't kill a fly, talk about being vague in class selection. One you missed! Click HereQuote: Posted 12/19/06 19:54 (GMT) -- FinneousPJ
Thax the Shadow Dragon sez: MONKS USE KAMAS. Just ask him.
I'm thinking either a dex or str-based Fighter/Rogue/SD or Fighter/Assn/SD. Probably the former, with Epic Dodge, exotic weapon proficencies, some Crippling Strike, and the capacity to strike in close or from afar. Traps, high stealth, HiPS, etc....Quote: Posted 07/24/06 22:47:54 (GMT) -- FinneousPJ

why is it that people want ninjas with katanas? it is nonsense.. the katana is perhaps the last weapon a ninja would use. they utilize much more sophisticated weapons than the blade of a katana. Katanas are mainly samurai swords and where hardly ever used as a ninja weapon.
I like samurai jack, so here is a little build.
20monk/7wm/13rog
it is human of race and you will be able to take exotic and WF katana plus the additionel feats for WM before reaching epic lvls. It has dmg potential as a str build.
When I saw this post I was thinking of a build which can uphold dev crit and epic dodge. that would be a killer version, but sadly low ab.

If you knew Endalyor as well as I did, you'd know it was another of his completely pointless questions. Hence why I ignored it.

Somewhy I remembered about what mantis3 said back then...
You want a ninja? learn ninjitsu.
Now you're into roleplaying! This would be a fun character to play. And it could be quite powerful despite the cha penalty.Quote: Posted 08/14/07 03:17 (GMT) -- Endalyor
So, next week we'll be talking about how to make a half orc barbarian sorcer who plays the harmonica and enjoys Piņa Coladas and long walks on the beach...Oh, and getting caught in the rain. *nods*
