Hi, I'm looking for a PvP shifter build that specializes on the risen lord or kobold. I would like it to be a good wizard slayer and there are no changes to the rules.

Wouldn't a Rakshasa be an ideal mage killer? They're immune to eighth level spells and lower. Risen Lord gets fancy immunities but is vulnerable to Undeath to Death. Kobold has Evasion, but that won't save you from the other forms of terrible, terrible pwnage mages have.
