Could I please have a build that has at least 21 or more levels of Bard (With Lasting Inspiration), that has the highest Hide/Move Silently possible with 21 Bard Levels or more. And it has to have at least one level of Shadow Dancer.

Thank you very much.

P.S. Try to avoid short term buffs

Take some 18 levels of Ranger (or something...) pre-epic, with starting abilities:

Str: 10
Dex: 16
Con: 10
Int: 12
Wis: 14
Cha: 14

Take SD on lv 40, and the rest bard (giving you lasting inspiration on lv 39).
Take 40 preform and Tumble, max discipline, hide and MS.
This also gives nearly max BAB, some 38-40 AB with the WF feats.

Take Epic Skill focus: Preform and MS, skill focus: preform, and with maxed out dex (about 30) you should have hide and MS of: 43 base+10 dex+9 song+4 one with the land+4 trackless step (outdoors)+10 camouflage (hide only, equals ESF: MS)= 80 Hide and MS, all lasting quite a while, even the buffs last quite some time.

The rest of the selection us mostly up to you.

Now back to class.
(I really have to stop replying to all these... )

Thank you.. but I go to an RP server and it would be awfully inappropriate for him to be a ranger, how he'll have to be pressured to protect forests and be an animal lover and all that stuff

As well, I forgot to mention that the build to have some fighting ability to get to level 40 (Doesn't have to be Godly, but it'll be great if he is as well ).

Thank you very much. Dex-based Bard 26/Rogue 13/Shadowdancer 1 although no Ranger.
I see nothing wrong with a Ranger/Bard... Bards are not only singers, they are artists. Being a nimble artist of sneaking is perfectly right.

It's a far stretch, the closest I come to think of is some Illusionist making things and people, himself included, disappear, but the Ranger doesn't fit in there.
Other than that, combining ranger and performer, Chuck Norris comes to mind, being an actor and acting as "Walker, Texas Ranger"

I'll stand by my point. Bards are artists and there are many ways to express art. One is the art of blending with the environment.

Now, when you start singing in the woods... that could be debatable

But singing is art, even in the forests, you just have a less appreciative audience than in the cities. ^^

And he could make art out of wood, animal bones (from allready dead ones ofc) and fur while being a ranger too. Close to the request but not quite; Bard21/Druid12/Shifter7 would get a +10 to hide and move silent in kobold form, give you HIPS and druidic buffs including camoflauge, mass camoflauge ect. Naked with epic focus and buffs you could easily take his hide/move silent scores up to 80/65, more with items and bardsong. I just remembered, a cleric with trickery domain gets a +1 per 2 cleric levels to hide and move silently. I'd rather go the shifter route though, as it has no duration limit, would end up one skillpoint better, and who dosent love an angry little kobold?
