Looking for a good sneaker, with Hide and Move silently
at least in the 80 to 90's. Also if possible to get, would be a decent AB. Not too worried about AC as there are plenty of AC boosting items

I play on a high Magic server, with plenty of cloaks, rings etc abound. Also the server has a socket system to increase item.

Thought of a Rouge/SD/Ranger, or a Ranger/Bard/SD, but you all are the experts on this. Any help would be appreicated.

Thanks STR score stays the same while using a kobold shifter and they get a pretty hefty skill boost to hide and move silent. +10 each I think. With epic skill focus you should see an unequipped self buffed ranger22/ druid5/ shifter13 with a hide score over 80, move silent around 66, perfect ab, bane of enemies, 5 favored enemies, HIPS, unlimited shifts per day and devcrit if your server is so enclined. Taking assassin instead of ranger would give him tons of death attack damage. "Improved Sneak Attack" will also work since it would be improving the kobold sneak attack rather than the assasin death attack. Improved Invis from assassin is handy as well. Those assassin splell-like abilities can be used in shifted form.

5/17/18 would be a good level split. (yes 18 assassin instead of 17, one more Death DC is better than 1 more druid spell).
