Hello!

Could anyone direct me to a nice build that involves HIPS, dual wielding daggers, decent PvP, 60+ AC, Epic Dodge, Good Hide/MS (Atleast 100), Preferably some sneak attack, for a +5 Environment? You forgot, self concealment V, dev crit, level 9 arcane AND level 9 divine magic, with epic mage armor and warding...
i am kidding! i just cant resist those that ask for a build with SOOO much junk in them that they really limit the ability to think clearly!

Well I could think of a few builds that allow for everything besides the HIPSing. 21 Ranger / 6 Monk / 13 Rogue was my other choice, and it looks like it might be my best choice. I'm arriving pretty late here:
Try this: Tiny Reaper

Just add these changes to the build that is in the original post.

Pre epic. Switch Spring attack, Expertise and WWA for the three dual-wield feats.

Epic, switch IWWA for Epic prowess.

If you want, start with STR 10, DEX 20 and CON 12 that will save you one Gr DEX feat, use it for armor skin.

You lose 40 hp, but gain 2 AC. Now, he is playable again. And he is still capable of reaping.

Naked AB is now 41.
AC will be 32 with mundane shield.

Or AC 34 mundane shield + armor skin and max hp 282.

*edit* You must switch Epic Dodge from level 24 to level 27 now, but that is not a problem.
