Looking for a sneak build which is able to detect/hunt and kill other sneaks. Would like it to have the highest Stealth possible and high detect. Possibly Elf for active detect Epic Dodge would be a plus and maybe a bit of Monk speed. This is for a high magic server and UMD is important too.
