Ok,need your help on this one,Im no good at caster builds but i need a plan for a human/elf either soc or bard build upto lvl 10!

I mean i really need it too be step by step and any advice on spell choices/ tactics would be really appreciated.

oh and its low magic world[but I may be able too wheedle some stuff through RP.]

I know this isint your usual challange and apologise if it dosent seem worth it,but this is the only place I could think of for some solid advice!
